Oil – 2 tablespoon
Eggs – 3
Chicken – 1 cup cubed ( i used boneless chicken breast)
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tablespoon
Green Chilly – 2 chopped
Onion – 1 sliced thinly
Carrot – 1 (cut into small pieces)
Bell Pepper – 1 (cut into small pieces)
Cabbage – 1 cup shredded
Noodles – 150 grams
Salt to taste
Sugar – 1 tablespoon
Soy Sauce – 2 tablespoon
Vinegar – 1 tablespoon
Black Pepper Powder – 1 tablespoon
Spring Onion Green Part -2 chopped
Bring water to a boil .Add salt and 1 tablespoon oil. Now add the noodles into it and cook till done. Drain and rinse in cold water. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pan.Add eggs, season with salt and pepper and scramble. Set aside.
Now add chicken, add ginger garlic paste, salt and mix well.
Stir fry on high heat for 5 to 7 min.
Add pepper and spring onion green. Mix well. Serve.
