- 2 Kiwi Fruit
- 1/4 Cup Sugar or as required
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 4 Cups Water
- 1 Cup Ice Cubes
- Wash Kiwi fruit well. Cut it crosswise. Scoop out the pulp with a sharp edged spoon.
- In a Grater, Add the scooped out kiwi pulp, sugar, salt, and water. Blend it until it forms a smooth pulp. Do not over blend it because it may crush the seeds.
- The seeds add a great texture to the juice, and the children would definitely love texture while quenching it.
- Serve it by topping it with ice cubes.
